My life from early 2006 till 2009 had been plagued with a myriad of ailments including, but in no way limited to,
Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, Sleep Disorders and Chronic Infections e.g. parasitic, yeast, viral. Having had to go
through with burgeoning medical expenses, constant pain, compromised relationships and suicidal thoughts led
me to a journey of empowerment, seeking knowledge, resources and people who could truly help me to break
free.
Having spent so much time, money and agony visiting medical doctor after medical doctor and taking blood/urine
tests countless times, I knew I had to take control and find my own “antidotes”.
What for the longest period of time remained a mystery and a hopeless cause was starting to brighten up! There
are indeed answers out there! However, it wasn’t until I realised that every school of thought, product, therapy
or practitioner had his or her own strengths and limitations that complete healing took place for me.
I simply integrated various experts’ accumulated wisdom, my own research and obeyed my own body’s reaction
and sensitivity.
This was where I realised that if something that initially left all medical doctors and many practitioners clueless
could be overcome, then there are a lot of people out there whose lives could improve if only the right resources,
information, solutions and expert opinions I've gathered are shared.
Wellness Is Ours was thus born with the burning desire to serve as a non-biased and trusted provider of health
and wellness solutions.

problems, break free from negative patterns, find happiness and a sense of direction or purpose within you, or
